How to permanently delete your account and data, what is deleted and what is not.
Delete from inside the app
Open the app and sign in to your account.
Go to the Settings screen.
Tap “Delete Account” and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent; it cannot be undone after you confirm. Local copies on your device are cleared at the same time.
If you cannot access the app
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us from the address registered on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We complete such requests within 30 days and confirm in writing once done.

favourites and learning path
friendship records
AI usage timestamps and any AI content you reported
What is not deleted
Your store subscription — deletion does NOT cancel it; cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play account.
Billing records that must be retained by law are held by the relevant app store, not by us.
Shared sign-in system
The sign-in system is shared with other Dode Yazılım apps. Deletion covers your Excel Art account and its data only and leaves accounts in those apps untouched. If you want your identity removed everywhere, request it at the address above.
