How Excel Art processes your data, why, and how to delete it.
Lesson progress, XP, preferences, chat history and content you create are stored in local storage on this device by default.
If you create a cloud account, Supabase stores your email and authentication data. Your learning path and completed lessons are associated with that account.
When you use an AI feature, prompts and files or images you intentionally upload are sent through our secured server function to OpenAI to generate a response. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive or personal data.
AI usage timestamps associated with your account are recorded to prevent abuse. The content of your prompts is not stored on our servers, and the provider API key is never sent to your device.
If you flag an AI answer with "Report", the category you choose, the reported answer and the prompt that produced it are stored in association with your account for review. This record is used only for content-safety review and is deleted together with your account.
Apple App Store or Google Play processes mobile Premium purchases. RevenueCat processes the store, product, subscription status and a random user ID linked to your account to verify and restore access.
If Sentry is configured, technical error and performance information may be processed to diagnose problems. Data is not sold for advertising.
Only if you opt in from Settings, anonymous page and paywall interaction events are measured with PostHog. Session recording and automatic content capture are disabled, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
Local data stays on your device until you clear app data or sign out. You can permanently delete your Excel Art account and synced data from Settings > Delete Account.
The sign-in system is shared with other Dode Yazılım apps; deletion covers your Excel Art account and its data only and leaves accounts in those apps untouched. If you want your sign-in identity removed everywhere, request it from the support address.
Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it separately in your store account.
