Subscriptions are managed in your App Store or Google Play account and cannot be cancelled from the app. The link on Settings › Subscription opens the correct store page.
Check your spam folder. The code is 6 digits and short-lived; request a new one if it expired.
Use the “Report” link under any AI answer. Reports are reviewed.
